Nimdee Telecom Ghana is recruiting Field Installation Technicians for the Tema base. The work is last-mile installation and fault resolution for business and residential customers across the Greater Accra area.

You will work in a two-person crew with a company vehicle, completing between four and seven jobs a day depending on complexity. The work involves cable routing, terminating fibre and copper, configuring customer premises equipment, and confirming the service works before you leave. Some work is at height on poles and rooftops.

We provide tools, personal protective equipment and certification training. What we need from you is reliability, because a missed appointment is a customer we may not keep.

1. 01Complete scheduled installations and fault calls within the daily route
2. 02Terminate and test fibre and copper connections
3. 03Configure and hand over customer premises equipment
4. 04Complete job records and customer sign-off accurately
5. 05Maintain assigned tools and vehicle in good order

1. 01Technical certificate, NVTI qualification or equivalent trade training
2. 02At least one year of field installation or electrical work
3. 03Comfortable working at height after training
4. 04Valid driving licence is an advantage
5. 05Willing to be on the standby rota roughly one week in four
