Ankobra Gold Resources is recruiting Plant Operators for the processing facility outside Takoradi. The plant runs continuously and operators work a rotating shift pattern.

You will operate and monitor crushing, milling and separation equipment, record process readings, carry out first-line checks, and report anything abnormal to the shift supervisor before it becomes a stoppage. Operators are expected to understand what the equipment is doing, not only which button to press.

We employ directly rather than through labour brokers. Transport from designated pick-up points in Takoradi is provided, along with personal protective equipment and mandatory quarterly safety training.

1. 01Operate crushing, milling and separation equipment to the shift plan
2. 02Record process readings accurately at set intervals
3. 03Carry out first-line equipment checks and routine housekeeping
4. 04Report abnormal readings or equipment condition immediately
5. 05Comply with all site safety procedures without exception

1. 01WASSCE or technical certificate; a plant operations qualification is an advantage
2. 02At least one year operating industrial or processing equipment
3. 03Willing to work a rotating shift pattern including nights
4. 04Able to pass a pre-employment medical
5. 05Resident in or willing to relocate to the Takoradi area
