The Workshop Foreman runs the fabrication floor day to day: allocating work, checking quality and keeping the apprentices safe and learning. You will report to the Production Manager.

We want someone who came up through the trade and can still pick up a torch to show how a job should be done.

1. 01Plan and allocate daily work across welders, fitters and apprentices

3. 03Enforce safety rules on the workshop floor
4. 04Train and assess apprentices

1. 01Trade certificate in welding or fabrication
2. 02At least eight years in fabrication, three supervising
3. 03Able to read engineering drawings
