We are recruiting two tellers for our Adum branch in Kumasi. The branch is busy from opening, especially on market days, and the teller line handles cash deposits, withdrawals and mobile money transfers for small business customers.

This is a good first role in banking for someone careful with cash and calm under pressure. Full training is given, and tellers who do well are considered for customer service and relationship officer roles after a year.

1. 01Receive and pay out cash accurately and issue receipts
2. 02Process mobile money deposits and withdrawals
3. 03Balance your till at the close of each day
4. 04Spot and report suspicious notes or transactions
5. 05Treat customers with courtesy, including when the queue is long

1. 01HND or degree, or SHS with at least two years of cash handling experience
2. 02Good with numbers and careful with detail
3. 03Fluent Twi and English
4. 04Available to work Saturdays on a rota
