Adoma Financial Services is a mid-sized savings and loans company operating across southern Ghana, with branches in Accra, Tema and Kumasi. The company works largely with market traders, transport operators and small manufacturers who fall outside the reach of the commercial banks. Its lending model is built on relationship officers who know their customers by name and visit them where they trade.
