By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. AfriRise Opportunities is run by the founders of AfriRise Opportunities, and is not yet a registered company.

• You must be 15 or older.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.
• What you tell us must be true.

An employer must never ask a job seeker for money: not to apply, interview, train, travel, have a medical, or be placed. An employer that does is removed. If anyone asks you for money, report the job.

• Keep your CV and profile honest. Do not claim qualifications you do not have.
• You decide which jobs to apply to, and you can withdraw an application.

• Post only real jobs, for your own company, that are open now.
• State the pay where you can, and follow Ghana's employment laws.
• Use applicants' details only to consider them for the job they applied to. Do not copy, share or sell them.
• Anyone you add to your company acts on its behalf, and you answer for what they do.

A badge means a person at AfriRise Opportunities checked that the employer is a real business with someone accountable for it. It is not a guarantee of how anyone will be treated. How we verify.

• Fake or misleading jobs, companies or profiles.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Collecting people's details from the site, by hand or by software.
• Harassing anyone, or contacting applicants for anything but the job.
• False reports, or trying to break or overload the site.

We may remove content, close jobs, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice when people are at risk.

What you post stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people these terms and the privacy policy allow, for as long as it is on the site.

Some forms offer to improve your wording with AI. It suggests; you decide. Check every suggestion before you use it: what you submit is your responsibility.

AfriRise Opportunities connects job seekers and employers. We are not part of any job offer or employment, and we cannot promise that you will find work or staff. We work to keep the site safe and running, but it is provided as it is. As far as Ghanaian law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by employers, job seekers, or the site being unavailable.

You can delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

If we change these terms we update the date at the top, and tell you on the site when the change matters. Questions: PLACEHOLDER@example.com.
